As a foreigner, especially one who came from a village in India, I don't know how to start and adjust with situations in USA, especially starting a graduate class here. The curriculum here is entirely different than the curriculum in the Indian education system. However, I was able to overcome my difficult situations with the support of the faculty and the wonderful friendships I made during my two years at Mercy College.
Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving; they may make mistakes, but they don't quit. So in order to be successful, we need to keep moving forward, both in our lives and professions. A successful profession is a part of our successful and complete life. I may not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday.
